Like most knitters, I give away most of what I knit. Having covered most of my friends and family in knitted goodness (excepting the ones in California because wool and California don’t really mix), I look to share the knitted good fortune with others.
How it works:
Everything listed here is handknit by me, new and unworn (unless otherwise mentioned), and entirely free. All you have to do is email me at pfeknitsAT gmail.com with the name of the item you’re interested in (don’t just comment, WordPress is known to eat notifications so email is better). If there is nothing currently available, there will be at some point, just keep checking back.
While I am not putting a price on anything listed here, if you’d like to send something in exchange, I’m always looking for snazzy handpainted sock yarns. Or check the wishlist. Or make an offer.
Remember, no one is excluded, not even if you just got something from this page.
How A Recipient is Selected:
To make it fair, there’s a new way of picking FKS recipients.
- Each item has a two day grace period.
- If one to three people email within this period, the first email receives the item.
- If more than three people email within this period, names will be drawn from a hat.
- After one week, the item reverts to first come, first serve.
I’ll make note of where in this cycle the item is.
